Karissa, born and raised primarily in Idaho, spent most of her teens and 20s in Portland, Oregon. It was during this time that her father's significant investments in real estate sparked her passion for the industry. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Karissa has held various roles, starting from secretary and progressing to operations manager, Transaction Coordinator and real estate marketer. However, her true passion emerged when she discovered the world of transaction coordinating several years ago.


Karissa's expertise extends to transaction coordinating for agents in more than 20 states. She has received extensive training in Tennessee, Florida, Michigan, Alabama, Texas, and her home state of Idaho. Her outgoing nature and exceptional communication skills have been valuable assets throughout her career and personal life.


When Karissa isn't working, you'll find her embracing her country life on her acreage. Family and relationships hold immeasurable importance to her, and she adores her husband, children, and animals.
